Human Impact Focus Groups

The Inquiry also held online Focus Group sessions with current serving and former sub-postmasters and Post Office Branch workers, as well as their family and friends.

The Focus Groups explored with participants their experiences of becoming a sub-postmaster or Post Office Branch Worker; running a Post Office branch; working with Post Office Limited and any impacts of these experiences on them.

The wellbeing of people participating in the Inquiry is extremely important to the Inquiry.
