Inquiry publishes Memorandum of Understanding with police

The Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry has published a Memorandum of Understanding with the Metropolitan Police Service, a Core Participant to the Inquiry. 

This formalises the arrangement for how the Inquiry will work with the police with respect to their own investigations which are being conducted independently and under separate legal powers.
