Lawyers representing subpostmasters and Post Office Ltd respond to Chair’s preliminary decision to refuse BEIS restriction order application 

The Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry has today published submissions it has received in response to the Chair’s preliminary view that he was minded to refuse the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS)’s application for a Restriction Order restricting the disclosure and publication of junior civil servants’ names.
