Sir Wyn responds to NFSP application to amend wording of List of Issues

The Chair of the Inquiry has published his determination in response to an application from the National Federation of SubPostmasters (NFSP) for the Inquiry’s List of Issues to be amended to include reference to “Post Office employees”. 

The Inquiry invited other Core Participants to respond in writing to the NFSP’s application, and received one response from Post Office Limited (POL). After carefully considering the NFSP’s application and POL’s response, Sir Wyn Williams has determined that such a change would be unnecessary.
