The Inquiry continues to hear evidence from Jarnail Singh (former Post Office lawyer involved in the prosecution of David Blakey, Suzanne Palmer, Susan Rudkin, Julian Wilson, Seema Misra, Joan Bailey, Lynette Hutchings, Grant Allen, Angela Sefton and Anne Nield).

Phase 4 is examining Action against Sub-postmasters and others: policy making, audits and investigations, civil and criminal proceedings, knowledge of and responsibility for failures in investigation and disclosure.
