Welcome to the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry website
This is an independent public statutory Inquiry established to gather a clear account of the implementation and failings of the Horizon IT system at the Post Office over its lifetime.
From February to May 2022, the Inquiry held Human Impact Hearings in London, Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow and Belfast. During the Human Impact phase, 189 affected sub-postmasters, managers, assistants or family members shared their experiences with Sir Wyn either through oral evidence, witness statements or online Focus Groups.
More information, as well as full hearing videos and witness statements, are available on our Human Impact webpage.
