New Key Documents and Written Submissions published

The Inquiry has today published the written submissions provided in response to the four themes identified by the Chair for a Preliminary hearing on the Provisional List of Issues on 8 November.

The Inquiry has also today published a Notice on recording, live broadcasting and the use of electronic equipment during hearings and a Restriction Order pursuant to section 19 of the Inquiries Act 2005, which prohibits the disclosure or publication of evidence given to the Inquiry in oral hearings, or submissions made, unless and until such evidence is broadcast on the Inquiry’s time-delayed YouTube platform and/or a transcript published on the Inquiry’s website.
